1-2 inch chunk of ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
1 chili pepper, de-seeded and sliced
1-2 sprigs of fresh thyme
1/2 lemon, thinly sliced
Boil together with about three cups water and then reduce to a simmer for about ten minutes. Add 1/2-1 tsp. honey and enjoy. Brace yourself for a kick and enjoy a unique and invigorating tea. Love it!
